Šiaurės Sodų 8-oji
This project requires a context as it is a renovation project. Previous version was a poor structural condition and thus had to be removed, although client wanted to keep original footprint and basement. Beautiful natural environment of the house required clear aesthetic that could blend in, decision was made to have a thermal wood clading that will face over the years. The clean lines and simple rectangular form are softened by large windows that frame views of the garden and let in abundant natural light. Black window frames and subtle structural accents provide a refined contrast to the timber façade, while the building’s integration with mature trees creates a serene, secluded atmosphere. Combining modern design with the timeless appeal of natural materials, the house feels both stylish and deeply connected to its environment.
